Self Before Others

Ever given it a thought that why do we all want to go back to our childhood at least once in our adult life? Why does the laughter of a baby feels like the most melodious sound that we ever hear in our life time? There is a simple reason behind these feelings. A child is only concerned about his/her own happiness and the sound of his/her laughter has its roots in the innocence that does not know how to think beyond his/her inner satisfaction.

Now you may think that acquiring this kind of behavior would make us selfish and would go against all that we have been taught about the social behavior through out our lives. However, it is here that we need to sit back, relax, compose our mind and radicalize our entire thought process. Ask yourself a simple question, can a bank offer loan to its customers if its own treasuries are empty? Can I offer bread to a hungry man if I do not have a single piece of bread in my own kitchen? Similarly a mind that is not happy and that is not at peace cannot spread happiness. There would be times when you question yourself why all the good work done by you is not getting you any satisfaction? Or why even after doing a lot for your loved ones the love is not reciprocated?

Human mind is like an Infrared Scanner that is always scanning the vibrations coming out from other human minds. Why is it that some people become best friends in the first meeting and some people can’t get along even after living together for years? Whenever we meet someone, the mind scanner wakes up and start to scan the vibrations coming out from the mind of the other person. When we are feeling low or doing something just for the sake of it or we do something thinking of it as a duty, the vibrations from our mind send out the signals for other minds to scans. Now it totally depends upon how actively the other person is receiving the inputs given by the mind.

Hence it becomes very important that our mind always sends out the positive vibrations. And it is therefore of paramount importance to first look for the happiness inside you before deciding to spread it to others. The power of Positive energy is the biggest power in the world, it can create best friends out of sworn enemies and it can give you that feeling of being content which eventually will reflect to the outer world and would ensure that whenever you laugh it is with the same excitement and happiness as a child does.

Now the question is how to arrive at this stage?

The answer lies inside YOU. Let me try to explain this with an example. Let us say that our body is like the Moon. The nature, cosmos and the God are like Sun, the source of all the energy in us because like Moon reflects the light that it gets from Sun and shines, similarly we absorb the energies and vibrations from Nature and reflect it to the outer world (e.g. when we are in the midst of a scenic environment, our mood reflects the beauty.) And let us say that the thoughts, perceptions and energies that we channelize inside us are the Earth in this equation.

Now like the Sun, the nature is always sending positive energies towards us as the term negative does not exists in the nature. Everything is pure and positive. When these energies come in contact with our body and mind, we mix them with our thought process and perceptions and try to give it a meaning or try to mould it. When these thoughts and perceptions emerge out of negative emotions like anger, jealousy, rage and self pity, the mind sends these energies in the negative form which is similar to a Lunar Eclipse where Earth blocks the Sunlight coming towards the Moon and changes its character from Bright to Dark.

Hence, our aim should be to work on our thoughts and perceptions and to ensure that they do not interfere with how our mind deals with the energies that we receive from the nature and to keep working towards a scenario where we receive these energies in the purest form that they exist in and reflect them back to the world with the same purity. This is a continuous process like the journey of Moon from a New Moon night to a Full Moon night. The negative thoughts and emotions would keep entering our minds and would try and control it, but we have to be resolute in our efforts to keep this negativity at bay and should strive to become like a full Moon, on which everyone can depend upon to show the way even at night when there is no Sun.

And hence, it is important to first cleanse our thoughts and clear our mind so that we can learn to experience happiness before making an effort to spread it.

Hinduphobic Hindustan

Image Courtesy Google A country that gained its independence from 200 years of oppressive foreign rule paid a huge cost for it. Just as the British were leaving, they drew their sword and divided this country into two, India and Pakistan. And the basis of this division was a demand for a separate Pakistan for the Muslims living in India. The day this partition was accepted by Indian National Congress and All India Muslim League, it was etched in stone that Pakistan would be a Muslim State, and India would be a Hindu State, albeit with Hindu and Muslim minority populations. Though Pakistan went on to become an Islamic State, India never even set foot on the path of becoming a Hindu Nation, in a way depriving Hindus of their right. Since our independence, the majority of our leaders have frowned upon being associated with the Hindu religion.   Our leaders wanted India to be a symbol of harmony in the world. They wanted to show the world that leadership in India does not discriminat...

The Importance of 'I'

When a child is born, he knows no relations. He is only concerned about his meals and his sleep. As he starts to grow up he is introduced to the relationships and then for most of us these relations become more important that even ourselves. God created only man and woman. It is us who gave a name to human interactions because of our need for companion. But the point right now or the questions in front of us are; whether we should keep relations ahead of ourselves? And whether we do justice to that relation by doing that?  Now let me elaborate on these questions. There comes a time in everyone's life when a relationship becomes so important that in order to keep it alive we are willing to sacrifice everything and sometimes the effort is reciprocated and sometimes it doesn't. We need to ask ourselves if all this effort is worth the try?  The answer is No. Because till the time I is not satisfied in a relationship it will never let We to evolve. I believe that the ...

Please Shut Up

After the out break of Dengue and Chickengunia, Delhi is has been hit by another dangerous and infectious disease. And this disease is particularly affecting the political corridors of Delhi. I am talking about the  "Foot in Mouth Disease," and the severely affected patients are Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Kumar Vishvas, Sanjay Nirupam and various other AAP, Congress and other political leaders of India. In fact all of them are so severely affected by this disease that they should be shifted to ICU lest they take their entire legs into their mouths.  If you haven't got the hint,  I am pointing towards their comments on Indian Army's surgical strikes in PoK where these power hungry politicians have asked for the proof of such strikes.  It is an irony for our country which has been the home of great patriots like Bhagat Singh, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Raj Guru, Sukhdev, Ashfaqullah Khan and Ramprasad Bismil, is now known to the world as the home of these traitors. ...
